Thumbnail and title links

Hi. I am using this plugin to display posts from certain categories.
I would like just to have posts in a column, showing their title, featured image and content.
How can i disable link on the thumbnail and title. I dont want to link to post page. I only want them to display and not be linked anywhere.
Can i do that? Remove the link from thumbnail and title?

Another question is about featured image in a post.
All of my posts have a featured image. This image is displayed as a thumbnail. I want that.
But some posts, i cant figure out why, display the same image twice. As thumbnail and inside the content… I would add an image here but i dont know how…
