Thumbnail cropping window empty

    Hello.

    I am having trouble with a gallery where I cannot crop the thumbnails because the window for the thumbnail cropping dialogue is empty:

    At first I though it was something not loading correctly, a javascript file, maybe. But Chrome console shows nothing.

    I tried resetting options, to no avail.

    Any idea how do I get this funcionality back?

    Hi @frq!

    I know that you have probably done that.
    But I have to ask.
    Did you check if there is an existing conflict?

    1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Yes, I did.

    It is working locally, but the query for nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/admin/edit-thumbnail.php returns empty.

    I thought it might be a JS error, but there is no error on the console, no error on the wp error log.

    Thanks for providing the details. Those look just like should.
    So just to make sure that I have understood it well: the issue persists with NextGen Gallery plugin active only and with a theme from the Twenty series?

    Sorry, for the delay.

    No, I didin’t found the solution, I suspect it may be something related to the server configuration, but it is a live site and I couldn’t wait, so I moved to another solution.
