Thumbnail cutting / crop position / watermark

    Hello,

    my client’s pictures do have watermarks in the top left corner and until recent plugin updates the watermarks were visible even on the thumbnails because they are always on the top left and the images were cropped from bottom right. Now, when I add new pictures or when I have to recreate thumbnails the watermark is not visible anymore because the cropping changed. In the URL I sent you can see both versions of thumbnails — those with watermarks (old thumbs) and the new ones where the watermarks are not visible.

    How can I change the cropping behaviour?

    Hi,

    We would like to kindly inform you that Photo Gallery does not have the functionality to set a watermark to Thumbnails. The images with watermarks, that you see now, have been with watermarks before uploading them.

    No the images already have watermarks, my problem is that they get cut out due to the new way of cropping.

    Hi,

    If you want the watermarks to be seen, you can use the Masonry or Mosaic views.

    Otherwise, you can crop your images in the way, I have described in the following record.

    Hi,

    Seems there is a problem with the tool. So, please go to a Gallery > there is a Crop tool below of each image, you can crop the image’s area with a watermark, so the watermark will be noticeable. See here.
