Hi, When we click on “Generate thumbnail and store locally” the resulting image breaks. I have already setup the config to thumbshots.org and signed up for an API key. Could it because the site is no longer thumbshots.org (as specified in the LinkLibrary config) but thumbshots.com ?

    Thanks

Sorry for the late response. Glad the problem resolved itself.

How to display an image for each category? Also how to display links horizontally in multi-column fashion?

To display an image for each category, follow instructions on this page:

    https://ylefebvre.ca/wppluginsdoc/index.php/Using_category_icons

To display links in a multi-column fashion, the easiest way would be to start by resetting your library configuration to a table layout using the button that says “Reset current library for table layout” when you click on Library Configuration.

Then, go to the Advanced tab of Library Configuration and move the <tr> tag from the Before Link row to the Intermittent Before Link row. Similarly, move </tr> tag from the After Link row to the Intermittent After link row.

Finally, set the Display number to a value other than 0 in the Intermittent Before Link to specify after how many links these fields should be displayed. So, if you want to see three links per row, you would set that number to 3.

If you plan to display multiple link fields of data in a cell, you should also remove some <td> and </td> tags so that you only have one before the first field that displays and after last one.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. Please consider donating to support this plugin’s development.
