    HI ,
    I performed a change it the woocommerce product appearance yesterday, from a custom thumbnail to 1:1 and it has broken my theme, there are a lot of product images and the thumbnail regeneration was still running today so I stopped it however now my theme (divi) isn’t working properly..help!!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble there. If you remember what the thumbnail ratio was before, you can change it back and then run regenerate thumbnails again. Another alternative would be to use a backup to restore the site to what it was like before changing the thumbnails.

    If you still have trouble after rolling the thumbnails back, let us know. Also, send over the URL to your store so we can take a look.

    Hi Three sons ,

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I have already ran regenerate again and what happened was it was still going the next day so I had to stop it to be able to work on it, I’m thinking it may be a server issue so I’ve contacted my hosting for now. I’ll get back to you !

    @seamhuis We have not heard back from you, so we are going to set this thread to resolved now. We will have to believe it was a hosting issue.
