Thumbnail generator not working in media that connect with s3

    HI,
    I generating thumbnal using this plugin :Videopack (formerly Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator) but after i connect s3 with website now thumbnail not generating its showing error here is screenshot : https://prnt.sc/1ra5xtm

    Please help me to solve it
