Thumbnail image not resizing

Hello,

After the last update thumbnail images are not resized. It takes images as same as in the posts. I use some cache options like gzip and asset optimisation, is it possible to cause this? Before your last update all the settings was same, but images were resized properly. You can check the screenshots about the issue:
