Thumbnail images are not appearing

    I created a gallery and used the shortcode to load it on a page but the thumbnail images are not displaying.

    If you hover over the page you can see the gallery is there but the thumbnail images are invisible: https://jpd.nyc/2jpWpsU

    Can anyone offer any suggestions? I turned off all plugins to see if there was a conflict but this didn’t help.
