thumbnail images not showing up

    The gallery is showing up and propagating but the thumbnail images are not showing up and instead i’m getting the “alt” attribute. In the source code the thumb images show up as <img src=(unknown) alt="img#" />. The video are from vimeo so the thumbnail should be automatic right? Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Thank You for contacting with us and for saying us about your problem. You are right from vimeo the thumbnails will be uploaded automatically. Please can you say me what video you are trying to upload from vimeo?

    On our webpage this video get its thumbnails. And on page it works well. Please can you publish the page link for checking the problem?
