Thumbnail Issue

    I am getting the error seen below, I did research to see if others have had this issue and I can confirm GD is installed, allow_url_fopen = on
    and we are using the newest version of WordPress with php version is 5.6

    Oops… there seems to be a problem saving the video(s) thumbnail. Most likely you need to install a PHP image processing library, such as GD or Imagick. Please send the following information to the developer if the problem persists.

    Hello, sorry for the delayed response.

    If your still having issues, my best guess is either a misconfigured GD / Imagick library or that the video you tried to add had an issue loading the thumbnail from youtube / vimeo.
