Thumbnail issue

Firstly, thanks for such a great plugin ??

When I first installed it I wrote some of my own CSS to create the look I wanted & everything was fine.
Although now, for some unknown reason, it’s started generating 120 x 120 thumbnails from my featured images. It didn’t do this before, why’s it started doing it now?
The only thing I can think of that’s been done is I upgraded to the pro version to have a look & decided to go back to the basic version.

I tried adding
add_image_size('yarpp-thumbnail', '100%', '100%', true);
to functions.php but the 120×120 thumbnails are still there.
