Thumbnail pictures (on mobile devices)

    This inquiry seems similar to a support post from “bodicetipplers” asked this about 6 months ago…

    … but the featured image (entry thumbnail) on mobile devices are 380 x 255, more rectangular than square.

    Is there a way to make these images square? Maybe some custom CSS? Since my thumbnails are square, these are being cropped on mobile devices.

    Hello,

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention again.
    I have fixed it in today’s update (1.2.7).

    After updating the theme, if you already have existing content, you will have to install, activate and run (once) the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin.
    After you do that, you can deactivate and uninstall the plugin.

    Thank you for addressing this so promptly!

    The folks at?“bodicetipplers” may have been attempting to express this but they didn’t indicate that this was occurring on mobile rather than desktop.

    Maybe… maybe not; I’m just speculating.
