thumbnail place holder not working

Hello Author,

I bought the woocommerce addon of this plugin primarily because it can display product thumbnails in email. However I recently found that the thumbnails are not loading anymore, instead it just display [PHOTO_THUMBNAIL] in the email.

Any suggestions?
