Thumbnail position

Hi

I’d like to list one category in
– grid view,
– 1 item per row,
– 1 column

for above settings, thumbnail image shows up above post excerpt.

I’d love to have it on the left of excerpt but it is not possible to choose position.

How do I position my thumbnail in desired place. CSS is OK but I cannot find right solution.
