    Guys/Girls
First of all, the plugin is brilliant and always worked flawless, but……there is always a but.

Version 1.6.3 does not give a thumbnail preview anymore.

I rolled back to 1.6.2 and that solved the problem, obviously the 1.6.3 is causing the problem.

Though i d love to have the latest version of course.

    Hello,

You have disabled query string from static resources. It can generate a lot of bugs because you have latest PHP code, and old (browser cache) JS and CSS files.

Disable it and then try update to v1.6.3.

If you use WP Rocket, here is article on how to disable it.

Why is it marked as solved?

My bad. I changed status to “not resolved”.

Here is an option you should disable – “Remove query string from static content”.

Here is the screen where you can find it in WP Performance Score booster

Then update my plugin to the latest version again and check thumbnails. If you have enabled the option “Remove query string from static content”, only new visitors will have loaded the latest CSS and JS files. Other users will have loaded still old CSS and JS files because of the browser cache.

    Maybe it helps.

If it doesn’t help, try also the following steps:
    1. Install the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and regenerate all images.
    or
    2. Contact me via https://ajaxsearch.pro/contact/ and send me credentials to WP Admin. I will check it directly on your website.

    Damian,
Disabling the option “Remove query string from static content” did solve the problem.
Thank you…. now it is solved ??
