I like this plug-in, but the thumbnails are 150px and look pixelated because they are being displayed at sizes up to 300px or more. Is there a way to increase the size and improve the quality of the thumbnails?

I also noticed a gap in my theme’s footer when this plugin is activated. If I deactivate the plugin the gap goes away. You can see a test page at the following link. Look for the white space above the footer menu. Any idea what would cause this? https://www.arossphoto.com/wordpress/commercial-interiors-flickr-album-gallery/

I was thinking about upgrading to the pro version and registered on your support forums a couple weeks ago, but my account has not be approved. I sent a email yesterday, but still no answer. So I’m reluctant to send you any money.

    Thanks.

Please read my original post above. I registered on your support forums a couple weeks ago, but my account has not be approved (“username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator”). I sent a email a couple days ago using ‘contact us’ link on your forum, but still no answer. Yes, I have checked my spam folders.

I have not bought the Pro version and my questions are about the free version. So I would appreciate if you could please answer my questions here.

Thank you for the footer solution. What about the thumbnail size and quality?

I’d still like to join your support forums as well, but my membership has not be approved and you have not responded to the message I sent last week using the “contact us” link on your forums. I just sent another email to the gmail address listed on your support page.

    Hi streetcore,

We have responded on your mail.

    Thanks

Since you still haven’t answered one of my original questions here or in your email… Let me try a third time… What about the thumbnail size and quality?

I’m using the free version and the thumbnails are 150px square and look pixelated because they are being displayed at sizes up to 300px or more. Is there a way to increase the size and improve the quality of the square thumbnails in the free version?

    Thank you.

    Hello streetcore,
if you increase the size of the images the quality of the images will not be good…so to maintain the quality of the images the size is kept like that.
    Thanks

    Hello streetcore,
the feature to increase the thumbnail size is available in the PRO version of the plugin.
    Thanks.
