Thumbnail showing as missing image

    When i save the post it adds a file into the featured image section but shows as broken link. When I check the media folder the image that it is linking to does not exist? is this a permission error? i have checked my permissions and they seem to be correct.

    What video URL are you trying with? There’s possibility that there’s no generated thumbnails for it that we can load as a featured image into your media library.

    Ive tried with

    https://youtu.be/_vO4YTIBQuo

    and with

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vO4YTIBQuo&ab_channel=AcademySnowboardCo

    When I paste them into “https://youtube-thumbnail-grabber.com/” I get the correct Thumbnails so Youtube has Thumbs

    Ive discovered the issue – for some reason there was a different media location in settings, so It was uploading the images to another domain

    Is there some way to batch run this on old posts?

    According to our changelog, we added “beta” support for bulk processing in version 1.1.0, but it definitely has been a long while and I don’t think we ever actively confirmed whether or not we wanted to consider it non-beta. I believe with have some button UI to trigger that, when viewing the list of posts.
