For quickly, you can add this to Customize => Additional CSS to make the image is full width:
.block1_grid .entry-thumb img { width: 100%; }

However, it looks blurry.

If you want to make a better size, it is quite complex. Do the following here:
1. Add image size: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/add_image_size/
2. Open this file in your theme:
https://github.com/FameThemes/codilight-lite/blob/master/inc/widgets/block_1_widget.php
Replace codilight_lite_block_2_medium with image name in step 1.
3. Install and run this plugin to generate the new thumbnail size:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/
