I have a problem with the thumbnails not changing to the set values.
    I use Basic ImageBrowser gallery.
Gallery settings/Basic thumbnails: Override thumbnail settings, NO.
WP Settings/Media is Thumbnail size set to 300×300 px.
My uploaded images are 700×700 px.
I have Deactivated all pluguns, Cleared browser cache, activeted Nextgen Gallery again.
Manage galleries/marked my gallery and applied Create new thumbnails.
Still the thumbnails of my gallery is 500×500 px.
    I don’t have that setting anywhere, I don’t understand.

I have tried to set Override thumbnail settings to YES and then write 300×300, rebuild thumbnails and put 300×300 there also but it doesn’t change on my page.
    Any help appreciated.

Can you please clear the image cache from “Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous” to see if this will apply the new thumbnails size?

I did this before (forgot to write) and I did so now again but it doesn’t help, thanks.

Can you please let us know what View and Template in “Customize Display Settings” are you using for your Basic Thumbnails gallery?

    Select view: default-view.php
Legacy (Old) Templates: No template selected
Under the info it says “Use a legacy template when rendering (not recommended).” so I didn’t pick one.

If you want I set up a temp log in for you.

The mostly prioritized setting for overriding the thumbnails’ size is set the gallery module that you have inserted in the page. Please try to edit the page, edit the gallery module -> Customize Display Settings and override the thumbnails size form there ( this setting will undo any restrictions set in “Manage Galleries” or “Other Options -> Thumbnails Options”

Alternately, you can make sure that you aren’t overriding the thumbnails’ size in “Customize Display Settings” tab and then go to “Gallery -> Manage Galleries” and create new thumbnails from the “Bulk Actions” ( make sure that it allows you to select the new size for your thumbnails and the progress bar successfully completes from 0% to 100% )

Thank you for your patience but I don’t get all what you tell me to do, I’m sorry.
Please try to edit the page, edit the gallery module -> Customize Display Settings and override the thumbnails size form there How do you want me to override it, there is no such selection?
Alternately, you can make sure that you aren’t overriding the thumbnails’ size in “Customize Display Settings…” Same again how?

If you will edit any page where you have added a NextGen Gallery module ( if using default WP’s Gutenberg Page Builder) then click on the “Edit” button from it and a popup with the gallery’s configuration should appear from where you will be able to access the “Customize Display Settings” tab and then specify your rewrite for the “Override thumbnail settings”

    Hello @goranvad,

    That’s unusual.
Could you please try to remove our plugin and re-install it again?
That should fix any issues with corrupted files.
Please, keep us posted. We are happy to help!
