thumbnail size squeezed

First of all, thank you for this great widget!
My problem is that even though I have thumbnail images set to display at 160 x 160 pixels, they often times get squeezed into strange sizes. The problem does not seem to be consistent.
If I could have it my way, I’d love to have a fix width (say my selected 160 pixels) and let the height be auto-proportional (to match the Pinterest image post).

Please also note that the images that are getting squeezed are tall and narrow on the Pinterest site.
