Thumbnail Sizing No Longer Works

Hello,

Recently the thumbnail sizing ceased working on Special Recent Posts and WordPress Popular Posts.

Regardless of the dimension settings in thumbnail options the images in Special Recent Posts display at full size. Thumbnails in WordPress popular posts only display a broken image placeholder.

I discovered the issue only occurs when Advanced Access Manager is activated with the paid extension Media Manager also activated.

It may be a configuration setting that I have not yet discovered, etc. but I just wanted to alert others who might run into this issue.
