Thumbnail Updates do not work

Hi,

I have been using NextGen for many years for my site.

However, recently, I have noticed when you update thumbnails in the NextGen editor for a gallery.

The thumbnails do not update on the live page for the gallery.

For the URL provided above for a post, here is the editor screenshot

As you can see the thumbnails have been updated to show the heads of the models and not their bodies, as they show in the post:

But the updated thumbnails are not displaying.

Please let me know if it is some kind of cache or something doing this or something else I need to change in the settings.
