Thumbnail view doesnt show the video

Hi i tried using the thumbnail view of this plugin, but it doesnt show anything… even when i inspect element the lightbox/fancybox where the video is suppposed to be placed, it is empty… the video gallery/ content pop-up works, but the thumnail view and the lightbox-video gallery doesnt…. how can i fix this. please reply or fix this prob. thanks
