Thumbnails and big size images on blank pages

  • Is there any template that works like the following?

    – for each month of posts, we have one page with all the thumbnail images of that month (we now have this possibility);

    – (this is what I want) if the user clicks on one of those thumbnails, then the page “is refreshed” and we get a page with the big size image AND WITH the header, right-column and footer of the blog.

    Right now, if we publish a thumbnail (with link to big size image), when we click on the thumbnail, the system shows the big image in a blank page. And this is what I don’t want to happen. I don’t want to see the big image in a blank page. I want to see the big-size image in a “normal” page. Is there any template with this feature?
