Thumbnails and categories

  • I can not get the thumbnails to be 2:3 ratio. No matter how many times I edit them and crop them to be rectangular, they turn back to square. How can I control the thumbnail size and ratio? When it creates square thumbnail, they just crop however too, so images do not look good.
    On this page categories are also not displaying categories even though they are set up.

    Hello there,

    You can set the product image size from WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display. Scroll down and go to “Product images” section. For catalog images, set a size that has 2:3 ratio, for example: 300 x 450. To help you easier define larger size, use this tool. Save. Afterwards, regenerate your submitted images with new size using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
