Thumbnails and excerpts

Hi, I just installed the FPW and I guess I’m not doing it right. I indicated that I wanted the thumbnail to show, and it doesn’t. There are only three posts and two have thumbnails.

Also, I’d like some of the post text to appear under the post title as I’ve seen in the screenshots, but I don’t know how to do that.

The site is https://www.baggettfamilyfarm.com (it’s not live yet and is pretty chaotic). The FPW is only on the home page, bottom right.
