Thumbnails appear partially

For the ideal visual effect in “vertical left” sliders, the visible thumbnails’ heights (with borders) should add up to the height of the main product image. However, this isn’t the case.

The plugin’s script seems to calculate the required thumbnail height incorrectly. I think it makes some incorrect assumptions, but I’ve tried various styling changes and couldn’t get it to be perfect.
