Thumbnails are displaying original image in Mobile view

hi, eStore theme is working fine in Desktop PC.
In Desktop view, Product thumbnails are displaying correctly, like this :
https://www.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/imagename-324×324.jpgThere is problem in mobile view
But in Mobile view, Product thumbnails are displaying original image, like this :
https://www.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/imagename.jpgwhy this is happening?
I have latest wordpress & woocommerce version.plz help
