Thumbnails are not showing

Hello,

This plugin is good, but the major problem I’m facing is, when I upload any image, it is properly uploading to respective directory but the thumb image name is not properly stored in the same directory Ex. my current directory is “2018/11/11” and thumb image is stored like “11%5Cdelivering_the_continuous_connected_customer_journey-300×232.jpg” this format, same way getting error white fetching the thumb image due to this issue.

Any help will be great for me.
