Thumbnails broken see video

  • I started with the lite version and then upgraded. I made two tiny videos.
    Video 1 here is the lite version. Images fit well with name showing, no thumbnail and spurious orange reset triangle number.

    Video 2 here is the pro version I paid for. Images are oversize, no name on image showing except full size. Thumbnails not showing. Orange reset triangle number sometimes appears.

    Not impressed. Certainly does not do what it’s supposed to do. Have tried all combinations of toggling features on and off. No different.
    Have uninstalled both versions and reinstalled.
    If can’t fix will dump and ask for refund. I would have done a nice video review on this if it worked better. A video review at the moment with commentary would be a disaster. The video embedding is very poorly done. The frame needs to say it’s source before hovering. Not just a small play symbol. Anyway, what’s the fix for the problems illustrated. thanks

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
