thumbnails cache

Hey friends,

hope anybody can help me. Please take a look at https://www.dxf-downloads.de/downloads/top-downloads/

the thumbnails load and load and load. How can I cache the thumbnails??? I use “w3 total cache” but it doesn′t work. I have read that wp-filebase Works with WP Super Cache, but which settings are the right.

My english is not good but I hope anybody understand my problems and can help me?!?!?
