Thumbnails do not work

    I like this plug in and looks great but I am not getting any thumbnails on the videos and it looks horrible without thumbnails

    Any advise please? I have tried uninstalling an reinstalling an it makes no difference.

    Thanks but for some reason the thumbnails have just started working now. However I would like to ask if there is anyway to preserve the start time for the URL link for a youtube video. When I paste in https://youtu.be/bzj4wuKcaQs?t=39 for example the video still starts at the beginning even thought the code is correct for starting at a particular time. Any ideas?

    It’s very good that the thumbnails are worked now. About start time, there is no way to make it with our plugin. It will start at the beginning.

    Ok – thanks – it would be really useful if there was some way of getting this to work in future updates. For example I have a video with 18 golf holes on it. Currently I have to split that into 18 videos to use on the plug in however importing the start and end time with Youtube code would be a lot more convenient.
