Thumbnails for social sharing disappeared

    I use WP User Frontend (WPUF) plugin, so my (future) users will be able to post from Frontend.
    After posting they should then be able to share the post right away, WITH thumbnail of the Featured Image (of course).
    Until Yoast 13.5 this worked.

    However, since Yoast 14xx it doesn’t. At least not right away, the thumbnail seems only to be picked up after saving for a second time… this is quite a no-go…
    It’s better explained on the linked page with examples.

    Anyway, I would now just like to know where I can download Yoast 13,5 and if I can safely turn back to ‘good old times’.

    We’re sorry our plugin update caused an issue on your site. You’ve asked a few things so let’s get to the easiest one first.

    You can download previous versions of Yoast SEO here (towards the bottom): https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-seo/advanced/

    It appears that you’ve already downgraded as the provided link shows you’re back on 13.5 already.

    WIth Yoast SEO 14.0, we made a conscious decision to move our meta data, to speed up sites tremendously, and we offered new filters to other plugins to update their integration. We communicated about this one month before the release of 14.0 but, unfortunately, some plugins aren’t compatible yet. That means you can’t update to Yoast SEO 14.0 or higher yet until their integration is ready. Please reach out to the author or support team for WPUF to request compatibility with Yoast SEO 14.0

    Yeah, sorry I sent you the link where stuff IS working (the not upgraded test-site) as comparison to where it’s not working (upgraded test-site https://riccardo.is/web/tryouts/nogeenkeer11/). Mistook the order, it was late, tired and stressed.
    Anyway today I, indeed, downgraded testsite 1 and the ‘real’ site europa.is, so I can struggle along with WP ??
