thumbnails generation fails

    Dear Support,
    In my website, the thumbnails of inserted images are not generated.
    I attempted to recreate thumbnails through the photo gallery thumbnails options section.
    After clicking “recreate button”, the website dos not return any response.
    I found that I have an error in my virtualmin error log saying :
    “…function not found: imagecreatetruecolor, referer: https://oasis-des-sciences.tn/wp-admin/admin.php?page=options_bwg”

    So, I installed the PHP5-GD module. Then, I restarted my webserver.
    I reclicked the recreate bitton (thumbnails options section)
    The mentioned error is gone but there is no thumbnails generated in the folder called wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery/thumb.

    Could you please assist me to resolve this issue?

    @mohamed.belhassen,

    Thanks for contacting us. Could you please check out the permissions of the
    .thumb folder, it might not allow adding anything to it. Make sure that’s 755 or higher.
