Thumbnails in staff list?

Has using thumbnails in the staff list been implemented, as it was discussed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/thumbnail-rather-than-full-image ?
If so, how can I use it, [simple-staff-list image_thumbnail=”yes”] is not working, unless I swap the code as suggested in one of the posts.
