Thumbnails disappeared?

    I just discovered that all my pictures are unavailable, they simply disappeared and their status are “Loading”..?

    Don′t know when this happened, but I also updated WordPress to the latest version, but should this remove the ability to use shortcodes?

    I use Vogue premium template (updated)

    Please help

    I have tested in both Chrome and IE, both have same problem, thumbnails not show up but loading…

    All plugins were deactivated, problem still ongoing…

    Please forget the thing about the shortcodes, me forgot you changed it, shortcodes ARE working, but thumbnails still unavailable…

    QUESTION:

    Can I deactivate and delete plugin and install again without loosing all data?

    Hi,

    Seems there is a conflict with Autoptimize Plugin. Could you please deactivate it and check if the issue solves?

    Also, by deactivating and deleting the Plugin, you will not lose data. You will lose the data only by uninstalling it.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there’s more info in the troubleshooting tips and info on exclusions in the AO FAQ.
