Thumbnails look bad, can anyone help me?

Hi guys, I guess this should be really easy to manage for experienced, but I’m kind of stuck: I installed Hueman theme and followed instructions to make it as it was in demo presentation website, but my thumbnails are not good (see the image on this URL).

Thumbnail in left “recent” bar is okay, but it displays only a portion of an image in other post feeds. Note that this is all one post, and it’s displayed differently.
