Did you have the “Force WebP” option active when you ran the bulk optimizer? If not, you’ll need to re-run that. You can use the Force Re-optimize and WebP Only options on the bulk optimizer to only do the WebP portion the second time.

I did check one of your thumbs, and it converts successfully on my site, so I suspect the real problem is that you have too many thumbs, so the re-upload to S3 timed out.
But my recommendation would still be the same, re-run the bulk optimizer with Force + WebP Only.

Yes, it did work. Maybe I should manually convert the others coz i have set it to delete files after upload.

Do you mean the bulk re-optimize worked? If so, which ones would you need to manually convert? Not sure I’m quite following there.

I tried to add more products after that and they are working perfect. Since the lost images are all in S3 and I don’t have a local copy they need to be manually converted I guess. The issue is only in two products.

If you run a re-optimize on them, EWWW IO will download any missing images automatically, do the conversion, and then trigger WP Offload Media to do it’s thing again.

You can do just those two via the List mode of the Media Library: https://docs.ewww.io/article/62-power-user-options-in-list-mode
