I set up some products and the images show fine on the product page. I’m trying to put some featured products and whatnot on the home page however it no longer shows the thumbnails for some reason. They used to show but now it just shows the titles in a list format. I was able to remove the bullet points but I can’t get the thumbnails to show normally again.

It also does the same thing in the shop page there’s just a list of titles with no thumbnails. The website link is lksales.com I’d appreciate if anyone can provide some insight to help me get this resolved. Thanks!

The image tag on those pages aren’t being rendered at all and looking at the HTML, it seems that your theme is overriding the default WooCommerce templates with its own ones. Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?

Yeah I see in the system status it shows the templates being overriden. I went and changed the name to the woocommerce folder in the themes folder so it’s no longer overriding those files. However now it doesn’t show anything at all on the home page. It shows the product titles in the category pages though.

I went and tried deactivating the plugins and switching to 2016 theme lo and behold the pics show up fine now. So I guess the theme is causing the issue somehow right? Any idea what I can do to make it show up again with that theme? Thanks so much btw.

I appreciate your help in determining the cause for the issue. There was an update for the theme that seems to have fixed it now. Thanks again
