Thumbnails not generating

Hello Everyone,

I am having an issue with thumbnails not generating. I have a production site that is working fine on WP 4.3.1. I have tried cloning my production site and tried a fresh install. I’ve installed on a sub-domain. The source files are created and looking at the broken thumbnail it is point at the right file. I have checked the GD library, reinstalled. I am running on a Linux server with php 5.5.
