When adding photos to a gallery via “Add Images” and the image and thumbnail is already on my site in the “Images directory” Photo Gallery does not see/recognize the thumbnail.

    See https://oceansanctuaries.org/wordpress/photos/

The images and thumbnails were moved to the server via FTP. I have confirmed the attributes at 775 and GD is installed an functioning. I can understand that your software may not see the thumbnails because they are not in the your database. All I want to do is to regenerate the thumbnails within your plug-in.

I have tried using other tools for regenerating thumbnails and all they do is regenerate the thumbnails in the WP Media Libraries.

I hope that you can help, because of have thousands of images and I do not want to have to manually select each image group and re-upload them through your software.

    Dear HDVDIVA,

The option will not work if you have updated the images using FTP. The thumbnail is being only generated when you upload the images using our Photo Gallery Media Upload. If you have the images in your WordPress Media Library you can turn on Media Library using feature from Options>Global Options. After that you can select and add the image to the gallery. This way the thumbnails will be created. Thank you.
