Thumbnails Not Refreshing After Edit

  • My edited thumbnails update in the Media Library when I open the Media Library directly from the WordPress console. However, the thumbnails do not update in the Media Library when accessed through the blog editor (when adding a picture, for example). And, of course, the blog stream page does not show the updated thumbnail.

    Anyone know what’s going on here?
