    Couldn’t confirm this bug (all seems to be working at least in the latest versions of both plugins) still we have a conflict with your plugin.

    If the excerpt option of your shortcode is turned on it seems that our tooltips are not displayed, this is because it uses ‘the_content” filter and strips the HTML tags. You need to keep the tags in this case
