Thumbnails not showing

  • Hi,

    I just installed the plugin, connected it to my Instagram account and added it to my home page via Widgets. The thumbnails are not showing. On hover, there is a grey overlay. On click, the Instagram post is open in a new tab. On inspect, I see that the img has the display: none attribute.

    I cleared all caches several times. I checked the concerned page on several browsers, on laptop, phone and tablet.

    Can’t find any setting addressing this and don’t want to dig into code.

  • @ci-media : Please try deactivating the cache plugin and try logging out of Instagram and log in again.

    I followed your suggestion: I deactivated the cache plug-in, logged out from Instagram then logged back in. The thumbnails appeared as expected.

    I re-enabled the cache plug-in and the thumbnails disappeared again. I emptied all caches again, the thumbnails don’t show.

    The cache plugin is W3 Total Cache.
