Thumbnails not showing in gallery

    I’m using a basic extended album but can not seem to get thumbnails to display. Instead the page just shows the missing image symbol.

    I’m currently hosting the site on a temp domain while I change to a new theme design. On the live site (https://www.holisticvanity.ca/press/articles-by-kristen/) you can see that the thumbnails are all working fine. On the temp you can see the missing thumbnails (https://d57.fde.myftpupload.com/press/articles-by-kristen/).

    All my plugins/theme/wp are up to date. I have also spoken to my host, and they confirmed that the image files are on the server. Also, when I view the album in the wp dashboard I can see all thumbnails and images.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache, reseting the plugin, making a new album and uploading new images, all to no avail.

    I can not figure out what’s causing this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @benteague – I suspect there is something in the staging server environment that is causing this problem to persist as you have described most troubleshooting steps we would recommend (especially the Reset Option) although it may be a case where you need the Reset Tool plugin as it operates outside of the NextGEN Gallery plugin but is designed to accomplish the same goal as the Reset Option.

    Please try the external Reset Tool plugin, here’s a link: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

    To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
    To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

    We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    @photocrati The external reset plugin did the trick!! Thanks for your help Cais, this was driving me crazy trying to fix this!
