Thumbnails not showing on gallery

    Hi,

    We’ve used FooGallery and FooBox Free on a client’s website – we have one problem.

    We don’t seem to be able to get the thumbnails to display, yet the images are appearing correctly on the lightbox?

    We have recently moved it from the development domain to the live domain, but I don’t see any reason why this should have an impact.

    I have repeatedly cleared the thumbnail caches using the inbuilt button, but am having no luck in getting the thumbnails to display.

    Appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    Managed to solve this myself.

    Ended up changing the file permissions on the cache folder. All is displaying correctly now.

    Hi, could you please tell me what you changed the file permissions to? I’m having this problem as well and can’t find the correct cache permissions to use.

    Hi,

    I believe I changed the permissions to either 655 or 777. Try 655 first, as 777 can be deemed a security risk.

    The easiest way to do it is to CHMOD it through your FTP client.
