Thumbnails not showing up

Thumbnails are not showing up when using the plugin “Network Latest Posts”.

For all I can see add_theme_support(‘post-thumbnails’); is added to the function.php inside my theme folder.

What can do to get it to show thumbnails like here: https://sensateblogs.com ?
