thumbnails not showing up on blog's main page

    This morning the thumbnails aren’t showing up on the main page of my blog, https://mariaelkins.com/. They were showing up yesterday, and I didn’t make any changes. Any ideas on how to correct this?

    I’ve tried going to a post, deleting the thumbnail, updating, and then adding the thumbnail back in, but that didn’t work. Anything else?
