thumbnails on slideshow not showing

    Hi there,
    for some reason the thumbnails row under the slideshow is not showing on last gallery in my page, not sure if I’ve made something wrong but it used to appear before.

    Hi @pk2001,

    If your gallery is larger than 500 images, please access “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous” and enter a higher value for the “Maximum image count” that’d correspond with the images amount from the largest gallery.

    nope, the gallery is around 250 images,
    anyways i’ve tried it but this is not solving it
