Thumbnails on top of each other?

Hey,
I seem to have a problem that only happens in IE apparently.
Sometimes the page loads and the thumbnails go on top of each other instead of spreading next to one another. It’s okay once you hit ‘refresh’ but some clients who visit the website are not aware of that obviously…Here’s a sample page:
